Beta Program Disclaimer and Terms of Use

This document governs your participation in the Reclaim’d Beta Program offered by Reclaim’d, a Belladare Group LLC company (hereinafter referred to as “Reclaim’d,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”).

The Reclaim’d Beta Program provides early access to the platform for selected sellers as part of an active testing and refinement phase.

By participating in the Beta Program, you acknowledge and agree that while Reclaim’d operates as a live marketplace, certain features, functionality, and workflows may continue to evolve as the platform grows.

Fees and Commissions

The Reclaim’d Beta Program operates under the Founder plan structure, which mirrors how the platform will support sellers long-term.

During beta, selected participants receive Founder status, which includes:

• 12% lifetime commission per completed sale

• No required subscription during beta

• Access to Founder-level benefits and early features

Commission is only applied when an item sells.

There are no beta-only discounts or temporary pricing rules. Founder benefits are intentionally offered to early partners who help shape the platform.

If pricing or membership options change in the future, Reclaim’d will communicate all material updates clearly and in advance of any changes taking effect.

Features

Platform features — including planned features such as AI tools, seller dashboards, and enhanced marketplace tools — may be introduced, modified, delayed, or discontinued at any time as part of ongoing development and user feedback.

Termination

Reclaim’d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program, or a participant’s access to it, at any time.

Communication

We are committed to transparency and will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant platform, feature, or pricing updates as the Beta Program evolves.
